Biggest influence on your netball My parents, especially my Mum, have always been the most supportive people and have pushed me to be the best that I can be, coming to all of my games and pushing me to take any opportunity that comes my way, definitely would not be where I am today without them. But looking up to netball players, growing up I always loved Erin Bell, but now I absolutely love Gretal Bueta.
Greatest Netball Achievement Throughout my juniors I was very lucky and have taken about 17 premierships throughout my seasons, but a main memory of mine was winning a week-long carnival in the Gold Coast with my school against a New Zealand school. As well as receiving my first Premier League contract last year at Newton Jaguars, that was a very special achievement.
What do you coaches tell you Meet the ball, don’t wait for it to come to me
How would your team mates describe you Accurate, supportive, determined
What advice would you give to Jets youngsters Set some goals, whether that is in the short term, say for each game (score a certain amount of goals, get a certain amount of intercepts), but also the long term, aim for a team that you want to make and just keep your head up and keep going even when things might not go your way or you face setbacks and challenges, it makes you a stronger player for the future as you can use it as a fuel to get better!
